Orchestrator is bought once and is needed for the other packages, €3 each, with extensions at €1. You choose everything together in the configuration.

The dashboard

One page, which the assistant updates every time you open Claude, in two parts: first what to do today, then how complete and tidy the folder is.

For today

• Now: the most urgent thing among what is late and what is due today, with the sentence to deal with it.
• The next move to make the folder more useful, in one line, which you can put off.
• Things to do and deadlines of every package: today's first, then late, within 7 days, within 30 and later, each with the sentence to mark it done.
• To sort and to answer: voice notes that came in, replies to give, requests waiting.
• Where each package stands in two or three lines, the next bill or the next renewal for example.

Quality and completeness

• Effectiveness: how well the folder can help you today and what it lacks to help you better.
• Your parts, one card for Orchestrator and for every package, and what is left to complete in each.
• One button per package: it gives you a short sentence to paste into Claude, “Let's complete Home” for example. The assistant asks you where to look, the documents to upload and the information that is missing, a few at a time, and writes only after your yes.
• The guide with the sentences to use and the check that the folder is in order.

The morning email

Every morning an email to your address with the same points as the first part of the dashboard: what to do now, the things to do and the deadlines, what is waiting to be sorted or answered. It goes only to you and is switched off with one sentence. It needs your email connected in the Claude app.

Already have a Foldermind folder?

Then you already have Orchestrator and do not buy it again. To add a package, ask the assistant in your folder to add the package: it gives you the link to the update page, where you pay only for the package. Then put the file in the folder, without extracting it, and write "update". Orchestrator updates are always free.

Limits

• It pays nothing and writes to nobody on its own: it prepares, suggests and asks for confirmation.
• The morning email goes only to your address.
• The dashboard does not write into the folder: something done is marked in Claude, with the sentence shown.
• On its own it keeps things to do, deadlines, notes and projects of any kind; the guides on home, documents, health or work come with the packages.
