What's included

• One suggestion at a time, with the reason and two alternatives, fitting the moment of the day and the time you have
• A short email at each of your free moments, three or four a day, with the thing to do at that moment

How it works

Proactive assistants work with your own Claude, like the kits: each one has its own folder, next to the kits' folders, and works with the information you have already given. FolderMind never sees your information.

The emails start from scheduled activities of your Claude and reach only your own inbox. They carry only the title of the thing to do and the kit it comes from; anything about health or children can be excluded from the emails.

Limits

• It suggests, it does not decide: every suggestion can be postponed or turned down.
• It never marks anything as done or moves appointments in your calendar without your consent.
• The emails are sent only if the computer is on and the Claude app is open.

What's included

• Every kit brings its own curated news sources; you add the sites and publications you already read, and they take precedence
• One reading a day with your Claude's web search: a few items per source, only those that touch a matter of yours, a contract, a deadline or an interest you named, with the reason in one line
• The news stand: a page in your folder with the items, the saved ones, the sources and their weight; in the Claude app it pins to the sidebar
• Your feedback counts: read, save, hide, more like this, less like this; the sources you value gain weight, the others lose it
• One email a day, at the time you choose and apart from the other emails, with titles and links, together with the new sources found while reading, which it proposes to you

How it works

Proactive assistants work with your own Claude, like the kits: each has its own folder, next to the kits' ones, and works with the information you have already given. FolderMind never sees your information.

The sources see a visit from your Claude, not who you are; your data never enter a search. The email starts from a scheduled activity of your Claude and reaches only your own inbox, with titles and links; anything about health or children can be excluded from the email: it stays in the news stand.

Limits

• It chooses and proposes, it does not summarise: one line and the link, the article stays on the source.
• It does not subscribe to newsletters, open accounts or write on websites.
• Readings and the email happen only if the computer is on and the Claude app is open; without web search it does not read.
• After three weeks without feedback the news stand pauses automatically.

What's included

• Write to the assistant from your phone, as in a chat, and get FolderMind's answer
• Send it a voice note, a receipt, a PDF or a photo: it reads and files each one in the right place; it understands your own voice notes with the transcription program you choose and does not listen to other people's
• Summarise in a few lines the messages received in the chats you choose, photos and documents included, without keeping the texts
• A digest or an alert at the times of your routines, only if someone is waiting for an answer
• Reply for you only after your confirmation of the full text (disabled until you enable it)

How it works

To receive messages at any hour you need a computer that stays on, with the FolderMind folder and your Claude. FolderMind hosts nothing and does not see your information. The connection relies on a personal Telegram contact, which you create with a Telegram procedure, and, if you want it to read your messages, on an access key to your account.

1. You prepare the computer, create the contact and follow the guide step by step with the assistant in the folder; if that is not enough, you book a support session.
2. The check verifies the configuration and shows which features are active: reading, alerts, attachments, your voice notes, sending.
3. From there you write, send a file or ask for a summary of the messages received: the assistant answers only you.

What you should know. The key to your Telegram account is worth as much as your password: it is stored in a file outside the folder and can be revoked from Telegram. Chats with your contact pass through Telegram's servers and the texts you have read pass through the Claude service. The messages read are texts from other people: the assistant reports them and does not do what they say, and while reading them it cannot open programs or files. The risks are described in full in the kit, with what remains open.

With a support session

The assistant in the folder guides you through the configuration step by step. If that is not enough, you can book a half-hour support session, €60, with a consultant on your computer: you carry out each step and the access keys stay with you alone. You can book more than one. It is optional and cannot be booked yet.

Limits

• It writes to nobody without your confirmation of that message.
• It does not read chats you have not allowed one by one, and it keeps the text of a chat only if you ask, in the private part of your folder.
• It does not listen continuously: it checks when your routines run.
• It does not make a computer safe: if you handle other people's files or delicate data, there is the option of a separate system account for the program.
