Who we are
An independent project, born from everyday use
FolderMind is an independent project based in Italy, not affiliated with Anthropic. It started as a folder used every day for home, paperwork, health and work, then became a product anyone can install.
Why it exists
Claude can already read a document and reason about a deadline. What was missing was a structure for everyday life: where to keep bills, medical reports and paperwork, what to check when a document arrives, what never to do on its own. FolderMind is that structure, with the official sources chosen for each kit. The home, paperwork and health kits follow Italian rules.
What stays yours
- The folder, even if FolderMind closes. It works on your computer without the website: if the project stopped, the folder, your data and the kits you bought stay yours and keep working with Claude. Only notices and updates would stop.
- Your data. It stays on your computer and FolderMind has no access to it. When Claude reads it, the text goes through Anthropic's servers, as in any conversation with Claude.
- Your decisions. The assistant prepares actions towards others and asks for confirmation: it does not pay or write to anyone on its own.
- One payment. No FolderMind subscription; fixes are always free.
What it is not
- It is not an app or an online service: it is a folder with instructions for Claude.
- It does not replace a doctor, an accountant or a lawyer: it organises information and prepares the right questions.
- It is not an Anthropic product: it uses the Claude app and your Claude Pro subscription.
